Guild store in a claimed keep....

I keep hearing that guild stores in claimed keeps should be available and open for all to shop at. Is this not true?

We've tried visiting a couple keeps claimed by other guilds and received the same message that we weren't in the guild and couldn't shop there.

You don't have to travel to Cyrodiil to do that. Just ask a guild member to invite you to the guild. You can browse guild stores in the bank in any major city as long as you are a member.

Unless those guilds are at max cap.

Besides. That doesn't really help.

To the OP, I haven't tried it. Not sure if it has actually been implemented.
