French to English names guide?

I've been searching something like that just because I had the french edition of the game and I'm reading that big and nice book... in french. Many names are similar (garderouge as redguard for example) but some others are very different (Haltevoie as Wayrest or Havre Tempete as Stormhaven). To guess what is what I'm looking at english maps and the foundry interactive maps as help for the reading, but that is a weird way of reading <.<
I had the french edition because I couldn't have another one in time. Game Uk cancelled my preorder during the early access and I had to rush to Amazon France, the only store having some retail imperial editions with a proper price.
I'm searching for some kind of french to english names dictionary. Thanks in advance.
