What are some of the most unique themed guilds have you seen in ESO so far?

I'm planing on joining a Fishing Guild. A PVF (Player Versus Fish) guild. But it made me wonder, what other unique type of themed guilds anyone has seen out there?

Guild's that are not your usual standard "we are all about PVE, or PVP, or Raiding, etc". Now with the options of being able to join up to 5 guilds, it's really cool opportunity for some unique specific guilds.
