Whirlwind levelling up too slow?
I'm writing from my smartphone and can't see any threads here in weapon skills section... Hopefully this post will go through and is visible. 
Okay, I recently unlocked Teleport strike and whirlwind at the same time. Slotted them both and using both all the time. Teleport strike is almost ready to be morphed, but whirlwind is not even level 2... All my other basic skills (class and weapon) have reached morphing state really quickly. Whirlwind is an exception... bug?
I'm playing a dark elf and currently at level 14.
