Anyone know where the station to Craft the Knightmare Set is?

It is a PvE set, it drops from mobs. You can't craft it. There are only 19 crafted sets in game and they are not the same as those available in PvE or PvP.

All the "GOOD" sets appear to be drops only. I wish you could 'level' up dropped armor (increase its level, not just its quality type).
