Cyrodiil AP Gear sets/pieces

So I recall not long ago during beta watching a video where a guy was browsing epic Cyrodiil AP set pieces on a vendor. I never saw these during beta and just assumed they were only available to the PTS players. But It just occured to me yesterday that I haven’t seen them yet, so I went looking. Now I still haven’t seen them. I play DC and checked both North and South home bases. Could someone please tell me where these vendors are? Thank you.

There's a vendor to the left, at the North gate.

Are you sure ? I checked web a long time and i never see anyone speacking about pvp rewards other than the pointless blue bags. Anyone know for sure you can see it when you hit VR rank ?
If there is only blue bag it s a big issue for me

Just FYI, the VR1 stuff is 100k per piece. And that's dirt CHEAP compared to the higher stuff.

I don't see the point of wasting AP on it, at those prices. Especially with bounty quest nerfed.
