The emperor in my campaign (Skullcrusher) keeps gaining points without any pvp happening, how?

I'm in a pretty empty campaign (Skullcrusher) and Pact has dominated the map, everything is captured.

Overnight, the emperor has gained 40k points (100k->140k) while nothing happened and he is still gaining points right now. I've checked the map several times and nothing is happening.

How is this possible? Is there any way other than pvp in Cyrodil to gain points? Or is he just getting friends to feed him points?

You can't know that nothing happened. A lot happens that doesnt show up on the map.
One way to get a lot of points is to camp the enemy's spawn point. Newbies will jump out of the spawn and get ganked several times before wising up.

He's probably , like most false emperors, has a friend on a different alliance. All the friend has to do is let the emperor kill him/her over and over again to gain some points.

Yea, but 40k points in 1 morning (eu)? He had 100k, thats 40% of the points he got last week.
He's up to 160k now, NOTHING happened on the map.

Just a theory, but if i remember right, there's an scouting quest in cyrodil available. Maybe this one gives also AP. It would be quite easy to grind this quest if an realm has all keeps, like it actually is on skullcrusher. But as i said just theory, since the kill quest is just an daily, i would exspect the same for this one.

Otherwise just write an ticket if it suspicious for you, would be the easiest way i think.

No, I've tried that and it's really slow, a few hundred points each time. They've also fixed that, the scouting quest is daily too now

I do wonder myself :) But all fair in love and war right???

From what I know. Just having fun staying alive / fixing keeps / killing guards / (staying alive) / resurrecting players / defending resources / Staying alive. Will help you get on average 20-30k every 10 hrs or so.

You can constantly repeat the Scout quests as well and turn in for RP. Or they are kill trading.

So if your an active leader that hardly ever see the South Highrock Gate and still in the top 10 your good right???

That reminds me I still have quests to return from yesterday.

Did they not make all quests daily? Only way I seem to get any of the pvp quests is from people sharing in the group.

Edit: I just checked and it seems you can not share or get any scouting missions.

Just want to point out that there are diminishing returns for killing the same player over and over again, which I believe are pretty severe.

Anyway, there are numerous ways to get points without taking an objective. Defending an objective successfully, repairing walls/doors, running quests, and illing players would all yield AP yet none of this would be particularly noticeable on the map.

Or he is just 2 boxing it.
What is written above are my honest opinions. If you agree then; "Great!" If you disagree; "Great!" I really couldn't care less either way.

Your ignorance is not evidence of cheating. Don't call cheating unless you have evidence.
I don't think people are cheating myself. That amount of points is normal for spawn camping.

it is not difficult to earn 40k within a matter of hours

I fight on the AD side in Skull Crusher - usually the map is all blue - we log in - take all of our 6 home keeps and have them all taken back within a matter of hours whilst we sleep - all's good

i once made over 30,000 alliance points in half an hour being basically the sole defender against attackers numbering 30+ - i think the AP scales in some way when defending a keep based upon the ration of attackers vs, defenders

just because you were sleeping doesn't mean nothing happened - it just means that the map looked the same to you when you checked it again, not realizing the epic fun had in your absence
