[Petition] Add more organization tools and cross party interactions for PvP

The potential for the Large Scale PvP in Cyrodill is amazing, and it is sad that there are so few in game tools to organize properly.

Problems:
Can't readily identify the Leader's indicator on the map.
Can't have a "platoon leader" that can see all your guild's movements and parties or assign waypoints/attack indicators.

Solutions:
New skill line for Alliance War for PvP Operation leaders that allows you to see all your guild members, color coated by party. Can give passive bonus to # of re spawns at a forward camp etc...
Add a multiple tier party system for PvP like Planetside 2 or EVE

I know there will probably be addons that add this kind of functionality, but I would love to see something implemented from Zenimax. I know this would be a long ways away, but I think it will allow for more organized large scale pvp and keep more people interested in the Siege Battles. It is the right direction to head in for PvP IMO. I'd like to hear what everyone else thinks.

While I understand your (very GW2-esque) ideas might make it easier to organize, I'd prefer they were not implented. As is, being well organized in AvA requires good communication. I prefer it that way.
