When I try to log in on the launcher it comes up with a message titled 'ACCESS CODE'
'This computer is not authorized to log in to log in to this account...'

It's supposed to send an email to 'authorize' the only computer I have used to play ESO, and there is no email.
Been waiting a few hours now to play, with maintenance and this.
Any help?

    Same problem for me and my girlfriend, we both have an account with the same issue. We do not get the e-mail to authorize.

    i have the same problem and i always used the same computer.
    since i never got the email i tried the code that i received the last time but it wasn't accepted.

    they closed down US server now so we will probably have to wait another 3 hours or so until they finish cause the "access code" feature is probably tied up with it as well

    Well, after a quick reply from customer support (and a long loading screen), my issue has been resolved...

    Although the content of the e-mail has me a little worried...

    "We noticed an attempt to log in to your account for The Elder Scrolls® Online from a new IP address."

    the "funny" thing is that they already charged me 2 days from my first 30 days that i paid twice and i didn't even was able to play after the early access, so, looks like they are charging me now for the early access that wasn't free after all.

    Received email after 2nd request and of course ...it doesn't recognise it :) caught in trap do I request again and be permanently 1 code behind

    The stupid thing is that the screen doesn't give you the option to request an email, just says come back in 10mins. I have have two IP address because of my two ISP connections...wonder where this will end up !

    Same issue here. NA server. Same pc I've used all week. Had this issue with GW2 as well, had to get them to turn off the access emails.

    After having no issues logging on initially and being booted several times with "Error - An unknown error has occurred" I am confronted with this as well. I now need to enter an access code which seems not to be send because my computer turned untrusted over a timespan of a few minutes.

    So I can log into my account on the website just fine from this pc, just not the game. And there's no option in the account page to turn it off.

    After 30mins I finally received an email with a code. I really wish there was the option to turn this off. Had problems with it in rift and gw2 and now here. I far prefer just using a token.

    I have the same Issue. Server came online, I logged in and it tells me that my IP address is different then the last time I logged in (which is isn't). So they send me an email with an access code to verify my account. I enter in the code and nothing happens. I enter it again and it tells me my account is locked out for 10 minutes. So, I wait 10 minutes and try again, still the same... it has now been over 2 hours now and still have the same message with no response from anyone in tech support.

    This is seriously ridiculous. Every day there is a new obstacle to overcome if I want to log in. The error messages never accurately describe what is actually going on, it says information incorrect when they want to force you to set up your recurring payment even before you have used one day of your included time?! How does that make sense? Probably just want to make sure they get people signed up before they realize how many problems this game still has. And now this access code nonsense!? Awesome...
