I am enjoying the story in the game but will love the rush of world PVP. I am still at low levels but PVE seems too easy and predictable. The problem with Cyrodill is that only contain a small amount of sky shards and no story. The game is forcing me to PVE in order to fully progress my character. I do not have a lot of time to play and probably will take me months before I finish leveling my character and start enjoying Cyrodill. If I go to Cyrodill when I reach level 10 with almost no skill points, I will probably get crush. I am not saying to force PVE players to world PVP but why not do a PVP megaserver or the option to flag oneself for PVP. I am sure there is a substantial number of players who will enjoy world PVP.

Cyrodiil has a lot of PvE quest areas, but you have to get off the beaten path (away from the capturables) to get to them.

And there are ... what, 16 skyshards?

There are 16 skyshards around Cyrodiil? I thought there were only 3 for some reason, but on-topic I do fine at level 15 in pvp. I feel like like I contribute a lot to a group fight, though 1v1 I do horrible right now as a sorcerer lol. I do agree I would love to have world PVP but it's not going to happen.

There are more than that, but you have to be willing to venture deep into the other faction's lands to find them.

Check your achievements; it'll tell you how many skyshards there are in a region and give you hints as to their locations.
