Couldn't come up with a correct forum for this so just posting in my alliance's PvE -
Have repeatedly noticed enemy 'skillshots' hitting when the character is clearly out of the red danger area. If you dodge / walk out of the zone as soon as it starts it doesn't hit, but if you walk out a little late at all, but CLEARLY make it out before the visual effect is shown and the red zone disappears, you still get hit / flung back.
It seems the damage registration happens a lot earlier than the visual effect of the used ability. Quest kill announcements also pop up clearly before the enemy is 'visually dead', and the enemy is counted as actually dead asap as you press the button, but this 1-2s 'lag' applies to both the player and enemies.
It gets quite damn annoying when you have to dodge very hard hitting abilities but cannot because they hit even when they clearly visually do not hit you. I'm keeping this in mind and now dodging ASAP instead of getting another attack in, but this is just inconsistent and doesn't feel smooth at all.
