Focused Aim or Lethal Arrow. Both seem decent, though I would lean more towards the first (more range and damage from your other attacks), but other people might have different opinions.

What do they mean by "marked target". Can I attack from an additional 5 meters away on an opening attack from sneak, or is it only on follow up attacks?0 -
I could be wrong, but I believe it simply means the target that the aiming reticle is currently focused on. Otherwise, it's referring to the target you inflicted the ability on.

It doesn't have anything to do with the NB class skill "Mark Target" or it's morphs. Otherwise the skill would be useless to 75% of the classes in the game.I'm a little confused by the one morph.

The NightBlade class has an ability to "Mark Target".
What it means by "Marked Target" is the target you hit with the Focused Aim skill; it is now your "marked target" that can be attacked from an additional 5 meters away.
