Werewolf Morph

I just completed leveling a werewolf. I have the skill line all the way at 10 with the passives at 2. I am finding that in PVP sessions I attempt to morph and jump off a wall and I remain human but the morph option is consumed. I am also finding that when I morph barely 3 seconds goes by and I don't even get to hit the pounce key because I have shifted back to human form. This is a seriuusly annoying problem. My level is 1205 and yet I watch other players who are level 300 morph into a wolf and they do not revert back to human form. I use a controller which requires hitting two buttons on the controller to morph or revert so I am not accidentally reverting. This happens in PVP and PVE.

It would be worth going into your interface and making sure you enable ultimate number in your combat settings. your ultimate can build up to 500. however werewolf only requires 100 ultimate to transform. Then it will drain up to 68 ult every 10 seconds if you are using berserker (pack leader costs less to sustain, and class passives and sets can can help lower this as well). This means that if you are casting your transformation right when your ultimate is ready you will really only get about 10seconds of WW before your lose your form because you do not have time to build enough rage to activate rampage.

Could be something that is feeding into your issue otherwise that is a bug i haven't ran into personally. If you have the ability to record it would be worth posting a clip of it.
