Fireball Destruction Staff Changed?

This was in the beta.
Force was using a fire staff here, when he uses heavy attacks the staff produces 3 fireballs but ingame I only produce 2. was there something wrong? or something changed?

I believe there is an early destructive staff passive that causes the tribolt.
