Stuga all over again, now squared?

I dunno if it's a bug or something, but whenever I am in the vicinity of Skywatch wayshrine or the Freerunner's post board nearby, I can't take three steps without hearing, "You there... You thirst for something more, no? Speak with Salik." -- sometimes, in two or even three overlapping voiceovers at once. What's funnier, I can't tell who speaks it, and looked all around, and can't find said Salik anywhere nearby, but it becomes more annoying than Stuga and Tythis combined...

There is yelling all over the game and it's very annoying. Feeling like walking in a second-hand motor lot.

His name is Zalig

You can find him physically in Glenumbra, in town crosswych. But somehow his whispers reach to skywatch.

Devs have been tagged in a few of these threads but no confirmation if these NPCs are bugged (they have to be, with the overlapping lines from 100 yards away, triggering even if youre WW or Vamp) or working as intended (that would be horrible) Stuga was never this bad, she may have stalked us but at least she shut up and would stop if you picked up her quest.
