Question about ESO Plus and tomes

When I signup for ESO Plus do I get access to additional pages to spend tome points?

I see no change to how the tomes work except that I get 10% not tome points but can't spend them any differently so what is an additional 10% points do for me?

You only get 10% more Tome Point, one Cache of Tome Points per sub month and one Premium Token per sub month.
No extra pages, just faster progression.
You are free to spend your Premium Tokens to get one Season of Premium Tome for free as soon as you hit 12 Tokens. But you can spare them for a Tome you like. You don‘t have to buy the current Tome when you hit 12 Tokens.

Mostly it's just faster progression in unlocking the Tome pages.

You get one cache of Tome Points (2K points) for each month of your sub, paid at renewal, so you can open those to have more points to spend or to unlock pages faster (or both). You also get one Premium token per month of your sub, also paid at renewal, which can be used to purchase a Premium+Bonus Tome when you have 12. There is no middle-ground option of 6 points for Premium or 6 points for +Bonus, so it's 12 or nothing. Hopefully that changes in the future, but that's where it is in the here-and-now.

I agree with Aylish. I have eso plus and i recently bought this season of premium ( i havent yet got 12 premium tomes so i bought this season by paying via eso store) cos i wanted the rooster as it is a great addition to my house cos its a fence. I also got extra tomes rewards but i still need to open them up with tome points by doing challenges as i did with the rooster. I had to spend tome points to get the rooster and the hiena pet and mount.
