Guilds? Seeing them?

So I think I might be missing something. How do you see if someone is in a guild in PvP or PvE for that matter? I target someone and it just their name? How are we going to get our guild names out there. In other games such as DAoC we had our cloaks and our guild tags above our heads. People saw our guild out there and wanted to join us because we where out there every night.
I am not complaining. But I am not sure if I am missing something. Running a PvP guild in this game is going to be rough if no one knows we are out there.

Kolur✭✭Yeah, I don't want just vests with emblems. NO ONE will notice that In a zerg of hundreds..
My guild has about 100-150 active PvP players.
And most on same Campaign.
So If people could see our Guild name they would be more likely to join.
Since they'd see that like 10-20 of the 24 ppl In group are in the same guild.0
