Housing idea: portal furniture leading to your other houses

It would be so cool to have a furniture of a portal that you could set to teleport to one of your other houses.

Even more nice is a portal that would teleport you anywhere in general! I just really want a wayshrine in my house so im not wasting gold porting from them into the cities anymore...

there is a add-on that gives you portals to other homes you own on pc essential housing tools is its name

id dig up 30 parts to be able to make them into a wayshrine for homes

Wayshrine FTW, but while we're at it I would also like an option to return to where I was without having to port to IC or a house I don't own, and that should be even easier to implement, considering the function already exists and is replaced when we buy the home.

But I really like the OP's idea to link homes together, even better when we could place a target marker as well.

A portal in a wizard's lab leading to the Coldharbour estate sounds great, but it would be even better if it could directly lead to the Hunting Grounds without having to go through the cave part first.

I'd love an attunable portal, as long as it's not that enormous pink thing that seems to be the standard portal design. Something relatively compact would be great.

Where is the difference to opening your map, clicking on the house where you want to go and waiting for the teleportation animation to finish?
Porting to houses is free, right?

I'd much rather prefer the door to be a wayshrine.

that has been requested lots in the past, including by me so i absolutely agree with this request!

i wish we could make vehicle furnishings into portals to other houses like carts and boats.

My idea was a portal (or indeed a door) that you could set to a specific house that also your guildies could take. That way, we could use different houses to make several "rooms".

I made one of these using the EHT addon to switch the portal machine between different houses (like a Star Gate). It would be nice if the base game had something like this, even if there were separate portals.

I'd like this feature, especially for RP as I have RP'd some of my houses connected via portals. It would be even better if you can arrive somewhere in the other house that isn't the entrance.
