Unable to start Heists

I can collect a heist mission from the tip board, but Far'en-dar is nowhere to be found to actually start it... Tried /reloadui, relogging, and relaunching the game and there's just a white quest indicator with nobody there to interact with.

Hi all, we are aware of this (it's a bug) and are planning a hotfix for it sometime tomorrow. We'll post the hotfix notes once it's complete. Thank you for reporting!
