Wandering Brewer costume issue

Wandering Brewer costume. The shadows created by this costume, both on the character screen and in the game, flicker like crazy. Shadows on the costume itself and the surrounding ground. I did a game repair and even tried shutting off addons. Tested on other characters, same result, shadows created by this costume flicker badly.

✭Ok quick update. I updated drivers and tried the costume again. On all races it's fine now except Orcs. It still flickers like crazy but only on Orcs. Which sucks because my Orc is who I wanted the costume on. I've tried everything I can think of now and on Orcs the costumes shadow still flickers insanely.The purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls. ~Pablo Picasso0
