Change the minor defile done with this skill to minor vitality, this would give more incentive to use the class heal over healing soul which is arguably the most used burst heal in the game. Minor vitality would increase healing thus gaining more resistances when the player uses the burst heal.

It’s a debuff to proc the passive for healing received and incidentally other ‘negative effect passives’ also. It’s also thematic for necro in this game to use life force (their own) for a benefit.

I could see an increase by 6-12% (maybe more) on the heal itself being a good way to increase viability of this heal for pureclass while we wait for the necro rework.

Personally, that "heal more when you have a debuff on you" is part of why I use the offering heal from Siphoning when I need extra burst. Spamming that has saved a tank from getting two-shot on more than one occasion, since you get the minor mending from the skill itself plus the bleed counts as a negative effect for the necro passive ontop of triggering some siphoning passives like generating ultimate per cast.
