Bug with May Dev Twitch stream?

Anyone else sat through the entire dev stream yesterday (about an hour) only to not have the Ouroboros crate drop? Apparently I would have to watch an additional 3 minutes of the 15 minutes needed for the drop. Pretty impossible when I've already watched the whole thing.

They said in the stream that it's not something they have any control over, it's on Twitch's side

Yet if you contact Twitch they say its ESO’s problem. Typical.

We're going to reach out to Twitch and see what they can tell us about the drops. We believe the issue is on Twitch's side. All we can do is set up the drop campaign. The meter and tech for drop tracking/delivery is all on Twitch's side.

In the meantime, if you had an issue with your drops, you can reach out to our customer service and let them know you had an issue. They will work with you to resolve the missing drops.
