The Parch: Unstable Creatia is changed !

Yup, seems like the Parch races can't no longer be cheesed by crouching.

Well, glad I did the Unstable Creatia when it was bugged, cause the "fixed" version is not good. Quite not good, in fact. Because of the closeness of the beams, it requires you to do a standing jump with a level of precision that simply can't be reaonably expected of someone in an online game with lag and desyncs.

I feel bad for anyone just getting started on the Night Market, because it may have been too easy before, but the "fix" is simply bad.

Even with the jumps added back in, It is quite a bit easier than the secret boss puzzle it is based on, in Graven Deep. Graven Deep is like Vet Hard Mode ESO jumping puzzle. Current Night Market is like Veteran ESO jumping puzzle. The bugged one with only crouching was like Normal ESO jumping puzzle. :-)

Bleah! I guess I won't be getting the Tempest buff again. I tried many, many times on PCEU to do the easiest example of the crouch-and-jump race (i.e., the one closest to the gateway between the Parch and the Night Market), and I could get through it part of the way, but some of the beams are too close together imo, forcing me to stop and step backward before proceeding further, and then I either hit a beam accidentally or a moving fire caught me. I'll try it again if I have to, but I'm not interested in spending 15 minutes trying to complete a race and failing over and over again. The Tempest buff is nice, but I don't need it that badly, nor do I care about the Achievements.

I found it really difficult the first once or twice I came across it. Now I run through almost as quick as the sneaky version. If you go to the one just to the right of the entrance you don't have to jump til the last one before the corner. You can walk over the first few at the built up area at the sides

It's still worth checking back because (at least before yesterday's maintenance) the easy one appears more often than the full one

I just did this earlier this morning and it was the EZ crouch-only version. I'm not complaining, it's a fast and easy daily and always go for the Parch one if I get it.
