of course you can.
at the top of the page SkinnyCheeks even says "Remember to treat this as a base to work from…
Always adjust as needed for YOUR specific situation!"
But it is important to note that Stamina is used, because nearly all of the skills in the build cost Stamina.
Daggers restore Stamina and deal the most damage, i believe that is especially true when Light Attack Weaving.
Thanks! yeah that makes sense. seems like it wouldn't be very optimal. I really, what I really really want is a pure sorc pet based/Necropence/mother's sorrow build (like I used to run back in the day) and still do competitive dps. The survivability with that build was epic and still did great dps. Blah!
You should be okay, I think runeblades changes its cost depending on your max resource, so it’ll be magicka. Possibly maelstrom inferno backbar instead of maelstrom 2h, but you can try maelstrom 2h and see if you can sustain it. Lightning staff frontbar if you’re wanting a staff for the direct damage boost.

By staves you mean, double staves? If that's the case, then no, you can't run that build as it is. You'd need to switch Berserking Warrior for something else, as you won't really have any reliable source of martial melee damage to keep stacks up.
You'd also need to morph Killer's Blade to Impale, and of course Stampede/Carve would be replaced too.
@MorvanClaude on PC/NA, don't try to trap me with lore subjects, it will work🦇
