I care and I don't ever want someone passionate to quit something they are passionate about. Things tend to fade when no one is passionate about them.
Nobody is "passionate" about a specific set though. I like MDW but it's nothing compared to say, the entire StamSorc class, or the whole of dual wield melee, or the entire dot pressure playstyle. There are dozens of other sets that functionally do the same thing as Relequen, without breaking the game. Sets are interchangeable, they go in and out of the meta all the time.

Speaking of, Rushing Agony (and the charm stun effect) has had its time to shine. Time to put it to bed. Let there be a new large scale group set meta.

I am passionate about warden’s aerie as it provides a contextual glow, is thematic to a ‘Druid’ setup, and is unique to a class. That is qualified as a proc set from what the two of us were talking about.

And when they release "Warden's Aerie 2: Extra Glowy Edition plus Big Numbers" you'll put down the old version for the new and improved one without blinking.

At least if the cosmetic aspect is a significant pillar of its appeal, you can also attain this by using the transmog of Aerie to get the effect without having to wear it. Although I think one would be a fool not to wear it on Warden in all content. It's my favorite class set by far, if not my favorite set overall. Proc set and big damage buff in one and no requirement or downtime.
    Auri-El is my lord,
    Trinimac my ward,
    and Magnus my mind.

I was using Aeries, on werewolf, when it had unfathomable darkness numbers only with no increase in damage for me.

You have to be projecting or this is another automatically-generated response from you (based on the “conversation” we’re having in the thread, something is UP). I’m the farthest from someone who does that. I simply need it to be viable and work. I’m not the one in fear of werewolf being good just so I don’t feel inclined to swap to it while I wait for the next official class.

I still have no interest in DK either. Isn’t that BiS right now? Hekk, I don’t even need it nerfed, I just need the animations to properly telegraph better to the enemy.

The drawback with that set would be single target and purge able. I don’t think I can wear a transmog and honestly that isn’t the only thing I like about the set (again, more Druid themed than all of animal companions aside from maybe the bear).

I wouldn’t mind if they changed the increase from 10 to 5 right now, I’d still run it.

You don't log in to play Aerie's Cry. You log in to play Werewolf.

As soon as they release a prettier visual with bigger numbers you move to that like anyone else. If you want to double down on an old obsolete set, sorry nobody else cares about that.

I log into to interact with both. I also have a standard warden subclassing build, and a night blade (2 skill lines build), and my PvE build when I feel like it.

I don’t even think you login, I believe you come into the forums to ask for nerf requests only :D

I log into the server with the best fights and performance. Right now that's the forums.

So you don’t play the game at all then? I mean I know you’re not going in Cyro looking for performance. I’m not fighting you, so what’s up there?

Anyways, don’t nerf Aerie’s cry. If you do, keep in mind it has unfathomable damage values which no one uses. 5% nerf to damage increase (if needed) would be enough to get meta riders off ZOS so they can go try and zero the next thing that displeases them.

I don't think you have to worry there.

If the devs made did make you choose between playing WW and playing whatever 5pc set, you would drop the set and keep on playing WW.

Please everyone see this and find comedic relief in this comment. We all deserve a laugh every once in a while. Since there isn’t a ‘laugh’ reaction I’ll just mentally picture you’re all using it :)

Anyways, I think that’s enough dealing with good ol’ baiters on the internet for tonight.

Honestly, they should take the final step and just make it "Against Monsters".

They should take one step and make separate versions of skills and some sets for PvP and PvE, so idk why they keep it complex like "reduced to ... against players", "if Battle Spirit is inactive, you gain ..." (Onslaught).

@ZOS_Kevin Make it simpler! Two versions, one for PvE, one for PvP, and you will be able to tweak them separately! This will allow you to make any, literally any change independently in PvE and PvP.

Some set is too OP in PvP? -> Nerf it but leave PvE version untouched -> PvE farmers will not whine anymore!
You want to rework some sets and make them stronger in PvE -> leave it as is in PvP, so it would no became new broken meta in PvP (as relequen)!
