I noticed while on the NA phase of PTS that parts of Glenumbra had received a makeover (looks pretty good, btw), but today I noticed that everyone's favorite Daggerfall thievery spot is no longer a thievery spot. All the interior containers on the Lydia and Hotspur are now regular lootable containers. The two Thieves Troves are still there, but it looks like I'm going to have to start actually working for my Legerdemain.
I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.
