Bone Dragons Crooked Memento

I've discovered that there's a strange animation bug with the bone dragon summoning memento that causes the characters arm to bend in an awkward angle, kinda like the crooked man. Thought i report this minor bug, since this memento is my favorite for dragon priest characters.
