No, but some of us are pushing for it.

I think it's all in this file:

    C:\Users\xxx\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu\SavedVariables\ZO_Ingame.lua

In case someone wants to work on an addon

Of course for NA players will be "live" instead of "liveeu"

It is not currently doable, but enough people are looking for it that I fully expect someone to make an add-on for it.

What program is used to open and edit that file?

    EDIT :

Maybe this would be better answered if it were moved to the AO forum?

Words contained in posts, at which point I stop reading and will not respond...
Toon / Mana / WoW or any acronym following "In ___" /
Pets (when referring to summoned Daedra) / Any verbiage to express slang (ie, ending in uz,az,..) / Soul Stone
    ... to be continued.

    Now, get off my lawn.

Rule of thumb: If you don't recognize the extension, open it as a text file and see what happens.

LUA is a scripting language. You can open a .LUA file with any text editor.

Personally I use GVim, a derivative of VI. Windows elitests swear by Notepad++. For the general user, typical notepad does the trick just fine.
