Lately, I’ve been thinking less about damage… And more about timing.
In one of my recent fights, something shifted. Not because I hit harder… But because I changed the nature of the pressure.
When I stayed on lightning, the attack was constant – a study presence that never really let up. But the moment I switched… Everything changed. The pressure became,
Focused.
Direct.
Intentional.
The boss wasn’t just reacting anymore – it was trying to answer two different problems at once. Area, pressure… And precision, strikes. And somewhere in the shift… It lost its rhythm.
That was the opening.
Not a burst of damage… But a moment of control.
Sometimes the fight isn’t one by hitting harder… but by making the enemy respond to more than it can handle.
