I need a DEVs help!!

@ZOS_Kevin @GINA I have an issue with someone who is no longer in my guild going around and mass recruiting for my guild as something it isnt. I was caught by one of my guild members and I want it stopped. I have put in a ticket but told it doesnt violate tos. I am curious as to how it would not violate tos. It is harassment!! This person is not even in my guild!
