BG MMR should NOT reset, zos sponsored smurfing is a terrible design choice.
PvP needs more incentives, even simple potion mats or gold would be better than rewards for the worthy inventory bloat0 -

I earned ~215k on Tuesday night in just 2 hours of play (EU prime time) which is my new personal record.
I didn't play V4, but in V3 max I got was ~215K for more than 2 hours of play, and in V3 double AP was on.

The cowardly Wood Elves are best noted for their unwillingness to engage in a face-to-face attack; a Bosmer will strike at you from every side except the front. You won't cross swords with a Bosmer, but you might catch an arrow in the throat. Be wary in forests and jungles, and watch your back.0
