Booted from server and can't log back in

I was at an outfit station changing a character's outfit and got booted from the server. Now I get error 201 every time I try to log back in.

✭✭✭✭✭usually if it disconnects, you got to give it a few minutes for your character to be fully offline
if you attempt to login again and it gives you "account already logged in" error, you tried too soon and have to wait like 10-15 min, or in some cases sign out/sign back in to your computer to be able to log in againplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)
