So ZOS, you ABRUPTLY end a very competitive PvP campaign and replace it with the ridiculously simplistic combat in VENGEANCE!?

This, along with the horrible combat design enabling ball groups (over-the-top damage mitigation, spam-able while moving AoEs, snare immunity from Snow Treaders, and other poor decisions) , recent over-powered DKs (did we really need another ability that requires the slow break-free to get out of?) and super-tanks requiring many, many players to kill (again over-the-top damage mitigation) so they are free to burn siege or use siege at will, may finally have me CANCEL my ESO Prime.

If you lose me as a PvP player (since release, 12 years?) don't expect to keep many others vested in this game's PvP. Just look at your PvP populations in Vengeance.

The one time Veng and GH ran together GH was poplocked and Veng was a wasteland dominated by EP. I don't care if they keep Veng for people who like it, but it's well past time to stop forcing it on people who don;t.

Hmm, something isn't optimized either, PS5 is overheating in Cyro now but not in regular game.
Stupid sky effect probably.

I dont see the problem, I am having a blast. Haven't touched pvp in over a year, now I plan on actually playing it again.

The problem is that the people who were enjoying the very competitive month of GH suddenly have to put it on hold for this game mode that could’ve been run side-by-side. Like I said in another thread, the people that play GH will play GH and the people that play Vengeance will play Vengeance. But instead, all we get is Vengeance.

So, if you haven't touched PvP in a year, how do you know you wouldn't have a blast in any event?

Not sure why people are acting surprised about it only being Vengeance, they told us well in advance it was happening.

INCREDIBLY competitive




it was like 3 in the morning or something and it came down to the last couple seconds and it actually tied lol, havent seen that happen in a few years. EP won because of potential points being the decider and the actual score being tied.

I normally don't care about who wins, not since the campaign rewards have sucked so much especially, but that was a really fun campaign, and there was soooo much fighting going on.

It really, really sucks to have that brought to an immediate halt for vengeance where you'll likely never see something like this happen, ever. Same with BR and Ravenwatch.

And when they give people a choice GH is pop locked while vengeance is a ghost town. The only way to get high populations in vengeance is to shut down live Cyrodiil.
