Addon Presets at Character Load Screen

We need to be able to have Addon presets at the character load screen.
I know there's an addon that allows you to setup presets, but that's after you're logged into a character, so you have to reload the UI.
It would be much more efficient to have this ability at character load screen than logging in a character, then having to reload the UI.
It would also be nice to allow some addons (Like Pithka's Achievement Tracker or Uriche's Skill Point Finder) to work at the character load screen. Some of us do certain activities to get skill points on different characters, and it would be nice to have that overview available when you're at the character load screen so you can load the proper character.
