Neverending Loading Screen

Hello,
I just tried to enter my campaign and I have problem with that.
After waiting in queue, loading screen appears and nothing more is happening. Game doesn't hang or freez, simply doesn't proceed to Cyrodiil.
I've tried it 3 times (alt+f4 -> retry) and nothing changes. Rest of game works fine.

Anyone can help me solve this problem? Shold I contact Support Team?

I was having this problem as well when I tried entering Cyrodiil for the first time. I tried the trick from a few betas ago:

1. Lower your graphics settings to Medium or Low
2. Wait the forever it takes for the changes to go into effect
3. Try and load into Cyrodiil
4. If it works just switch your graphics back and you should be good to go

Word of warning: this is based on a sample size of 1 (me) so I don't know if this is what caused it to work or not.

Other factors that might have been involved:

* I was in a group the first time it failed to work and my group member had successfully loaded in, so after the Alt+F4 I did a solo queue instead of group queue
* I tried in succession, meaning I failed to load in once, relaunched the game, and tried again first thing. This shouldn't have caused a difference but game code is a tricky beast what with their threads and buffers and whumpuses

I'm sure you're not the only one to experience this, also, so hopefully someone else will comment if they failed/succeeded with this issues so we can help the devs figure out a solution long term.

I'm having this same problem right now. I tried alt-F4 and reload but that did nothing. I'm stuck once again.

I've had this happen a few times. I always just quit the game completely and started over. It usually happens to me when I'm doing "fast travel" of some type - using the PvP "waypoint" system (forget what it's called) or respawning after death.

I'm also having this problem. The funny thing is the game is on an SSD and loading screens outside of Cyrodiil only takes 5 seconds..

EDIT: Now everytime I die/teleport I'm forced to AltF4.

does exit out of the game to the launcher work, or have to exit all the way (including the launcher)?

This should help you out. It wont eliminate every load screen crash, but it makes a HUGE difference to the load times and latency issues.

Same problem here I am almost lvl 50 and want to start pvp more but I can't get into Cyrodil , same thing infinite loading screen , game is not frozen just I never get there

Instead of using the "L" method of entry (using the Alliance War screen to queue up and get in), sometimes it works better if you go to a wayshrine and port directly to one of the Cyrodiil wayshrines, which will of course be your home campaign.

Also, if you crash for whatever reason while in Cyrodiil, it helps if your group kicks you from it before you try to get back in.

I used wayshrine and it was infinite loading screen
