Is there any way to remove the gender lock on these? I have a fey-themed character and these would have been awesome.

It's interesting to me how they will genderlock certain cosmetics, yet also support characters like Tanlorin. Seems like someone in the Crown Store team isn't on the same page. (I think they're still waiting for the memo that it's an Elder Scrolls game too)

i wish no collectibles were genderlocked.

adjusting the beards and eyelashes to fit on all characters would be much appreciated

not speculating on why they genderlocked collectibles, but the relevant collectibles are from about a decade ago.
Most genderlocked collectibles are used in character creation so from 2014.

Since ZOS is now doing lots of long requested quality of life, hopefully they are working on it already or soon
