Im confused

im a returning player from ps4 when the game 1st came out. now on pc an 3days ago i was asked by zos to change some toons names an i did an things were fine played for a few hrs got off ate dinner an when i tried to log back in i couldn't said a code of conduct violation. im confused because i did what they said an they suspended me anyways was it a mistake? So i made a cant access account ticket. then i checked my email from my phone a few hrs later an had a email from zos saying a violation an giving me a link so i clicked it an tried to fill it out tried to fill it out an it said my email was invalid so i made another ticket thinking something very weird very wrong is going on cant access account again. waited a day nothing so i made another ticket this time i chose ban appeal incase it was a automated bot thing mix up or something. an ive played this game when it 1st came out on ps4 an never had any issues. what's going on i still cant access the game an my account still says suspended but i got a ticket through to access the forums yesterday
