It has been over 2 years since I brought this up. Every patch since has failed to address the problem.

Heavy attacks are still canceling on their own even when the attack command is held continuously. The character will just lock up for no apparent reason and stand there doing nothing. The command has to be released and input again before the attacks will resume. Valuable time and dps is lost in combat when this happens.
