Can't open crown store

Attempting to open the crown store makes a sound and has the same effect on your character (they face you and zoom in) but the crown store doesn't appear.
Hitting ALT or ESC causes "Season Zero" tome to pop up.
Hitting ESC brings back the empty right side of the screen as if the crown store is there, but it doesn't appear.
This also prevents me from logging out, and chat box can't be activated so I cannot reload UI.
