Core of Flame Stat Desyncs

The bug I reported on PTS (https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/8420127/#Comment_8420127) is still very much happening on Live servers as well.
After using either morph of Core of Flame for a while your stat pools will be desynced, showing you with more Magicka and Stamina than you actually have - very frustrating to say the least. I'm not sure about the reproduction steps apart from using the ability for a while.
