Huntsman's Warmask is Bugged

As per the title.

Tooltip says it applies to the target for 1 minute. And that it can be reapplied every ten seconds.

However in testing it is only lasting for 10 seconds.

If you bash the dummy, then hit C and look at the active buffs - the timer on Huntsman's Warmask is showing a countdown from 1 minute, but at about 50 seconds suddenly stops and disappears.

EDIT: It appears the dummy is what's resetting it. If you stay in combat it persists. The dummy is resetting after that initial bash.
