Quest-related lorebook collection issue

I wasn't very sure where to put this as it is not quite a bug but I am not sure if this was thought of.
I have a friend trying to collect all the lorebooks in the game but they ran into a snag.
When they were doing the quest "Escape from Amenos" that is part of the main quest line in High Isle & Amenos after the location became available with another friend, and when they came to the unmarked Green Serpent camp to pick up the 3 documents called, "Map of Amenos", "Green Serpent Bounty", and "Lashum's Report". They picked up ⅔ documents but not "Lashum's Report" as the friend grabbed it. They now are discovering that because of that, they can't collect it for their lorebook hunt on their main.
Any way to fix this? Is there a post-quest location to find it?
