Can't launder pickpocketed Guild Citations from Mara boxes

I'm not going to let this go. One way or another, I'll stick it out. This is an easily fixed issue, and so I'll expect it will be fixed. Sloppy work on the lower levels of the team, of that I am certain.

Potentially the same people who thought it was a good idea to make all the Jester's Fest furnishings bind on pickup. Genius.

@TheOubliette Indeed. Its been long enough for someone to take a look at this, and yet, here we are. Id rather not lose out on these items just because said items could be stolen but not laundered. I, too, will not let this go either.

I'm with you. It's the "little things" like this that are ignored and steamrolled by more public facing events that truly indicate how little things have changed, in spite of the new line of the same old patter. And it certainly sticks in my mind when the time comes to spend my ever shrinking dollars on frivolity.

This thread continuing to be overlooked is baffling. We've tagged numerous individuals that could bring this to someone's attention and yet here we are. Whats the point of making a Bug Report post if its going to be ignored? How many more players need to be effected before its even considered for review?

Yep, still here. Checking every day. Sending the occasional feedback ticket. Still holding onto the citation that could be used on another character if it were allowed to be stored, or laundered. I'm not wondering why, I know they're trying to put out other fires right now, have been for some time, and likely will continue to be for some time based on what I've seen, but this is a little ol' flame too. How about a bucket?

So, we have around 5 or 6 threads, that I can count, complaining about the issue surrounding daily logins not counting if you were logged on at the time of rollover, not replied to and not consolidated. We have this issue from TWO MONTHS ago, consolidated but in no other way addressed. Not here. Not email. Not tickets. Is there any actual attention being paid to failing mechanics at all? This behavior belies the claims that communication is going to be better. Some say it's better because there are more announcements or q&a's, but communication goes TWO WAYS. Actually RESPONDING to concerns and BUGS is the base requirement for that. Two months, for something that should be a relatively simple reply. If you can't do what you say, it's only going to reflect badly. The only issues that get jumped on are complete login failure/connectivity and the store. And the login failure/connectivity is iffy at best based on server performance for over a week now.

The only response I got is that "certain players report error messages when attempting to launder these items. Try again later." First, I never got an error, and said so in the ticket itself. Secondly, this is two and half month old issue, they don't think I tried more than once? (also stated in ticket submission.) Aside from that and some forum mod interaction, no resolution. Has anyone else had any response from their efforts? I'm sensing a lack of interest in the concerns of this segment of the player population. Just a hunch.

I think the only ones who care are the ones that have made a post on this thread. So I dont expect anyone to address this issue anytime soon. But im still tracking it, to see how LONG before this bug is addressed by anyone.

I agree with Funeral. No one seems to be interested. Fair enough I suppose since my level of interest in the game had fallen to new lows. But I still gave these purported improvements and changes (that apply to my chosen gameplay style) a chance All I got was the same old bugs/quest issues and some new ones like this one, among others, for funsies, I guess?

PS - Be careful with your post wording because you'll get warned and the post deleted if they consider it being intended to simply draw attention to a thread.

LOL. I mean, I dont think anyone's looking at this issue anyway. Reported on FEB 12th, numerous players have tagged individuals who could bring this to someone's attention that could review at least, if not correct it. We've made Bug Report post, send in tickets. The whole point of this thread is to bring attention to a issue hoping someone can resolve it. Giving a warning or deleting the post does not incentive players to make reports in the future. I know if I find some other bug, issue or whatever, I wont bother reporting if this is the result.

I hesitate to use the word, lest I be accused of the action, but if they feel you're artificially bumping a post, it's against forum rules. I did, and got a (valid) warning. However, my ticket was not read properly, disregarded and my reply ignored. When I asked what my recourse was, I was also ignored.

There's a definite list of priorities and certain player claims definitely aren't on it. Don't mistake me, I don't expect everything my way, or perfection, but I've found there truly is no reason to post, report or submit a ticket at this point in time.
