Can more than one character in an account collect the award for completing the requirements for an event achievement?

they seemed to be slightly better than the normal purple ones, and definitely have guaranteed companion gifts in them (where as normal purple boxes do not guarantee companion gifts)
they also had slightly higher chance to get guild citations
their overall drops felt almost the same quality as the gold boxes (basically minus the new style pages), which would make sense if you can only get them onceplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)
