Some mistakes in the 11.3.0 PTS patch notes

The notes state that Standard of Might gives 13% reduced damage done to the player. That probably should read "reduced damage taken."
In the monster sets the values are... multipliers instead of values? Clearly some copypasted dev notes or something since Weapon and Spell Power is also Wep and Spell Damage.
There's also some notes probably not meant for us to see in the other monster set -- besides the same multiplier instead of value and shortening of Weapon to Wep.
