Hi,
This lore book was not inside Star Haven Adeptorium.
I'm very precise in getting my books and it wasn't there.
Just watched the video for that quest and when I went through the portal, it didn't take me to the beginning of Star Haven Adeptorium.
I wasn't able to walk through the City.
It took me to the other end where the barrier separates the Haven.
Where the spirit's talk with each other.
I also had the map open on the online Editetic Memory showing where all the pages and books were to find but wasn't able to access the start of the Adeptorium.😤
The Inquisitor orders was right by the turned over wagon.
You'd have had to be BLIND not to see it.
