NA Scourge needs more PVP action!

Calling out to all factions with an emphasis on Daggerfall Covenant and Ebonheart Pact. Scourge needs more PVPers to start taking keeps and drive back the Aldmeri Dominion. A split-offensive at the same time would be the most ideal way to dismantle Aldmeri Dominon's forces and drive them back.
