Doomchar Plateau fragments from impressario's asst?

When does or will Philius Dormier, the Impressario Assistant, have any of these fragment available? I thought now but couldn't see them. 
Fragments are; Scorching Pillar, Searing Column, Molten Key, Profane Pedestal, and Unholy Tablet.

✭Doomchar was a time limited Event Ticket reward for the year of Blackwood, that they had brought back after years, recently as part of the ten years of Tamriel celebration.
I’m unsure of when it will be back, but based on Crown Store item trends, it should eventually swing back around.
Just might be a few years, as the time between Blackwood and Gold Road (Ten Year Anniversary) was 3 years.1 -
