Vengeance is in no way, shape, or form, ready to replace Gray Host.
Now… given some major changes, I can see it working long term. If this replaced Gray Host anywhere near it’s current state, I expect Cyrodiil in it’s entirety to follow shortly after.

My concern is that the game seems to be able to only support one form of BG which is why we're stuck with the current piece of burnt toast.
Some part of me thinks that this is going to be true for Cyrodiil: ZOS are throwing extra server resources to keep GH and Vedgie up simultaneously and that when the crunch comes, we're going to lose GH.
( @Tendrielle I've already stopped playing the game after subclassing but I keep looking for reasons to come back. Vengeance is not one of them.)
i usually go to the Blackreach campaign as Grey Host is more popular,
fewer players is calmer.
and i mostly only go to Cyrodiil for the more PvE focused quests like
- Fighters Guild bounties
- Town quests
- conquer towns or resources, does not require PvP and can be done solo.
no idea if Vengeance would still let me easily do those quests, but as zos' scenario 1 includes both Vengeance and Grey Host i could probably just go there.

Where is “stop playing cause it’s not ESO anymore”

If they can't make GH work properly, they can't make vengeance work properly either. The focus should be on fixing the game we already have not creating some dumbed down version of what we bought.
No vengeance for me. That's not the game I purchased.
