Kushalit Sanctuary and other homes need to be rotated better

After my break I came back to find out Kushalit Sanctuary is the absolute perfect player home to turn into my guild hall. Fits the theme so well I'm more than willing to buy it. However it hasn't been avalible since 2023 from all the sources I can find. I think that is a bit of a problem. At this point they are just losing money. I'm not the only one who wants Kushalit Sanctuary and many other player owned homes out there. Heck if anyone could give me any information on how I may aquire Kushalit Sanctuary or when Kushalit Sanctuary will be back, if it ever will return at this point I'd appreciate it. I just don't think anyone alive has the patients to play for 2-3 years just waiting to spend $100 on a player house that might not even return. Typing that alone just tanked my enthusiasm to play the game farther. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
